Learn, Gain, and Make Impact
The career development program (CDP) consists of three sequential phases, each spanning one month. In the first month, the interns learn one or more professional skills. In the second month, they gain experience by working on practical projects. Finally, in the last month of the program, they publish and promote their work to the world.
Learn Technology
In the first phase of the program, you will have to choose one of the 20+ technologies (see above). Intelliva provides you with license, access, and training on your preferred technology. Your learning experience would include webinars, video tutorials, and workshops.
Gain Experiences
In the second phase, you will have to choose a career track (see below) and apply your skills in any practical field of chosen track. You will have to work both individually and with Intelliva’s expert teams. The objective is to make you ready for employment and entrepreneurship.
Make Impacts
In the final phase, interns develop their independent work portfolio and internship report. They will have to create their Linkedin profiles, start building their networks, and share their works and ideas. Intelliva rewards the interns with highest positive impact points.

Who Should Apply
The program is open for senior students and graduates from all academic background. The ideal applicants are either at the final year of college or university graduation program or have recently completed their graduation. Senior professionals on career break or planning to change career track are also encouraged to apply.

Program Duration
The engagement duration of the program is 3 months. However, the Interns may take break after each phase and complete the overall engagement within 12 months.
Rewards
The internship is a voluntary program and no financial compensation is offered to the participants. Only the successful selected candidates may receive employment offer from Intelliva or partner organizations.
